Swartz Center for Spiritual Life

1400 University Avenue

The Swartz Center for Spiritual Life, named in memory of Nellie Buckley Swartz, simultaneously affirms the centrality of faith in our lives and the heart of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s mission. The Swartz Center houses the Marian Chapel, Campus Ministry Offices, and the Conference Center.

The beautiful Marian Chapel features two-story stained glass doors that can be opened for special outdoor liturgical celebrations. Masses are held regularly here.

Conference and Event Services, also located in the Swartz Center, features meeting rooms that accommodate up to 100 people. Conference rooms are available to both the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community and the public.

The Swartz Center, dedicated on April 21, 2007, was made possible by the renovation of the former Marian Convent and through the support of many. With its open and inviting atmosphere, the Swartz Center for Spiritual Life serves as the spiritual compass of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community and as a universal gathering space for conferences, meetings, and celebrations.
