Taral Patel is a current M.B.A. student at Â鶹ÊÓƵ with both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Biotechnology (with an emphasis in Industrial Technology) from Sardar Patel University in Gujarat, India. Not only has Patel found ways to foster strong academic and friendly relationships through classes and clubs, she also finds enjoyment as an Admissions ambassador for Â鶹ÊÓƵ, helping students like herself ease into graduate life. Patel shares a welcoming nature that is reflective, she says, of Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s ongoing efforts to create an inclusive space for all.
“I love the diversity of cultures at Â鶹ÊÓƵ and how we all celebrate one another,” Patel exclaims.
Through committed studies at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Patel hopes she will gain a deeper understanding of biotechnology in the entrepreneurial world, and she plans to open her own business in the near future.
"Â鶹ÊÓƵ is a wonderful university," said Patel. "It has been only a few months since I came to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, but the huge cultural differences I have experienced have been pleasantly overwhelming. I am glad to say that a multicultural environment with high quality teaching, friendly classmates, and considerate teachers that the University offers, guarantees to be an experience I may never forget. I feel very lucky to have met people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and have always wanted to have this kind of an experience."
