Loughran Hall houses freshmen in suite-style rooms with shared bathrooms. Single rooms and triple rooms have limited availability. The hall includes study and TV lounges on every floor and a 24-hour computer lab. Student Health Services is located on the first floor.

Room Dimensions:

  • Single Room: 12.3’ x 16.0’
  • Double Room: 10.67’ x 20’
  • Triple Room: 19.5’ x 16.3’
  • Quad Room: 16.0’ x 30’
  • Bathrooms: 6.5’ x 6.7’

Loughran Hall is part of the former Marian Convent complex. In 2005-2006, this section of the facility was renovated into a first-year student residence hall, made possible by estate gifts from esteemed Â鶹ÊÓƵ alumnae Helen Loughran '30 and Mary Loughran '31. The Loughran sisters both pursued careers as teachers and always had a vested interest in their students, so it is fitting that this vibrant student residence bears their name.
